Calverton Hall, oval and tennis courts
Calveton Hall was built in the early 1890s as an open cricket pavilion with further extensions and enhancements coming over the years since - built and funded by the community, for the community.
When Alma Calvert transferred his ownership of the hall, oval and tennis courts to Clarence Council, it came with the proviso that the property continued to be managed by the community.
A committee of dedicated volunteers has worked hard ever since, caring for and maintaining our historic hall, the oval and court.
As an incorporated body, the South Arm Calverton Hall Association Inc. requires membership to operate. Please show show your support for their work with our comunity assets by joining them. Simply download the 2025-2026 Calverton Hall South Arm membership form here - it's just $2 per person!
